Way to flag that appointment as a new contact on the appointments page and/or calendar?
As a 1 person outfit without a receptionist to monitor such things (which is why I want on-line scheduling), it would be extremely helpful to have such a flag for reaching out to patients and/or making sure I've gotten their paperwork prior to treatment.
