Enabling Patient Satisfaction Surveys
A patient satisfaction survey is an easy way to implement a continuous feedback loop into your practice and become a better practitioner and business.
The patient satisfaction survey is sent to patients at the intervals 1 day, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after the first appointment.
Click the All Tabs
Click the Configuration Center tab
Click the Email Configuration tab
Click the Enable Survey Emails button
Once enabled, you should see the success message
