Enabling Patient Satisfaction Surveys

A patient satisfaction survey is an easy way to implement a continuous feedback loop into your practice and become a better practitioner and business.

The patient satisfaction survey is sent to patients at the intervals 1 day, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year after the first appointment.

  • Click the All Tabs

  • Click the Configuration Center tab

  • Click the Email Configuration tab

  • Click the Enable Survey Emails button

  • Once enabled, you should see the success message

  • Your patients will how get the Patient Satisfaction Survey email
