Sending and Replying to Patient Messages

With the Branded Clinic App, the clinic can send and reply to patient messages.

Starting a new message thread

  • Go to a Patient's Contact record

  • Scroll to the Messages section


  • Click the New Message button


  • Enter a message in the Message field. (Currently, only text is supported.)


  • Click Save

Replying to a message

  • Go to a Patient's Contact record

  • Scroll to the Messages section


  • Click on a message name to reply to it


  • Click the Reply button


  • Enter a message in the message pop up


  • Click Send
