Lightning: Add Custom Signed Forms
Click the App Launcher icon
Search "Configuration Center"
Click Configuration Center
Click Custom Form Configuration
Click New
Fill in the desired form title and text - You can copy and paste form text from your current PDFs or Word documents.
Use special tags for special fields:
"{Contact.Name}" - Inserts Contact Name
"{___}" - Inserts Text field
"{_x_}" - Inserts CheckboxClick Save
