Creating Email Templates

Email templates allow you to take your frequently used emails and make them reuseable so you don’t have to retype them every time.


  1. Go to Setup


  2. Search for “email templates”


  3. Create a new email template

  4. Choose “Text” email template


  5. Fill out the email template


  6. Attach files like intake pdf files



  7. Select a file and attach


  8. Send an Email from any Contact record


  9. The email will automatically fill in fields and contain the attached intake form
