Enabling Email Reminders


  • Click All Tabs link (the + sign)


  • Click the Online Configuration Tab


  • Click the Enable button under Enable Appointment Reminder and Follow up Emails


  • A success message should appear.


Configuring Email Reminders


When an appointment is scheduled, an email confirmation is sent to the patient to confirm the appointment. In addition, a reminder email is sent 1 day, by default, before the appointment. Below are steps to configure the email reminder.


  • Go to Setup


  • Search for “custom settings”


  • Click on Custom Settings


  • Click Manage next to Calendar Config


  • Click Edit


  • Change Email Reminder (Days) and Save
