Classic: Adding CPT Code to SOAP Note
After creating a SOAP Note, scroll to the Treatment Code section
Click SOAP Treatment Code
On the New SOAP Treatment Code Edit, click the Treatment Code lookup
In the lookup, search for the desired Treatment Code
Click on the desired Treatment Code and Save
The Treatment Code is now associated with the SOAP Note. Repeat to add more Treatment Codes
