Sending and Replying to Clinic Messages

With the Branded Clinic App, the patient can send and reply to clinic messages.

Starting a new message thread

  • Go to the Messages tab


  • Click the compose message icon


  • Enter a message in the message box


  • Click Send


Replying to a message

  • Go to the Messages tab


  • Click a message thread


  • Enter a message in the message box


  • Click Send
