  • Click the gear icon


  • Click Setup


  • Search for "Users"


  • Click Users menu item


  • Click Edit


  • To change the username, scroll to Username. The Username must be in the form of an email address, so your email address is recommended.


  • Scroll down to Additional Information and Add EIN, NPI and License Number


  • Scroll down to Locale Setting and update the Time Zone


  • Click Save
