Click the gear icon

Click Setup

Search for "Email Log Files"

Click Email Log Files

Click "Request an Email Log"

Select the Start and End Time

Optionally, include the email address of the recipient

Click Submit Request

An email will be sent to you when the request is generated

Download the Email Logs Zip

After opening the Zip file, you will see a CSV file, which you can open in Excel.
