Lightning: Request Email Log Files

  • Click the gear icon

  • Click Setup

  • Search for "Email Log Files"

  • Click Email Log Files

  • Click "Request an Email Log"

  • Select the Start and End Time

  • Optionally, include the email address of the recipient

  • Click Submit Request

  • An email will be sent to you when the request is generated

  • Download the Email Logs Zip

  • After opening the Zip file, you will see a CSV file, which you can open in Excel.
