  5. Ability to distinguish between people using the same email address

    "In testing various things, I've noticed that if I enter the same email in the on-line scheduling that it won't add that new client name, it will accept the entry but send notice to the person who currently has that email address.

    I've worked in clinics before where spouses share an email or a parent will give their email on behalf of their child. As a practitioner, it's very different preparing for a person's child or spouse versus them. I get that avoiding duplicates is good and I'm all for that, but what is your work around or flag for…

  6. Way to flag that appointment as a new contact on the appointments page and/or calendar?

    As a 1 person outfit without a receptionist to monitor such things (which is why I want on-line scheduling), it would be extremely helpful to have such a flag for reaching out to patients and/or making sure I've gotten their paperwork prior to treatment.

  7. Quick view of patient's health progress.

    It would be good to have an action list of all past and ongoing problems they have been treated for so you could get a quick view of the pt's health progress.

    Give a pop-up window with a condensed view of prior encounters. Perhaps chief complaint, signs and symptoms, and herbs or supplements used.

  10. Ability to have templates for protocols

    We talked a little bit Sunday about creating templates for protocols like sciatica or temporal headaches. Having the ability to do that easily would be really, really good. That is, I felt, one of the strongest points with Practice Fusion, create a template to the left of my Soap Notes, one time, then it appears there under templates for every patient. Saving me hundreds and thousands of key strokes.

  11. Ability to automatically incoming emails into Jasmine

    Just a thought - it would be great to be able to BCC patient communications to an email address that puts that communication into Jasmine for the patient I'm contacting. Currently I do it manually, open the contact, log a call, etc. That will not last I'm sure. Evernote has a feature like this. You email your note to a specific email address and it files it for you inside the program. I'm sure it's not easy but coming up with the easiest ways to log patient contact would be a beneficial business management tool.

  15. Ability to scan paper forms directly into EMR

    We've heard that modern hospitals have patients fill out paper forms and then they just scan them directly into the EMR systems and the OCR software can recognize all the handwriting so the admin does not have to manually type in anything other than double check that the OCR software recognized all the characters correctly. Do you know any more about this? Would Jasmine support this?

  16. Keep customer reviews and show them on my web site

    I want to control my customer reviews. I want to have them stored in my Jasmine PM instance and I want a way to display them on my web site.
